Eddy Memory Care invites you to join us for a free information session: The Empowered Caregiver

An educational event designed for caregivers who are supporting someone living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions.

Our goal is to help you:
• Gain a clearer understanding of Alzheimer’s disease, including its progression and stages of the disease
• Learn practical communication strategies to help reduce stress and confusion
• Understand the care and services available to you throughout the caregiving journey
• Recognize caregiver fatigue and identify healthy coping strategies and sources of support
