Pet Friendly Senior Living Near Albany, Saratoga & Clifton Park NY

Regardless of age, our pets play an important role in our lives, but the positive impact of a pet is even more significant for seniors. Bonding with pets lowers blood pressure and stress levels, and increases the feel-good hormone serotonin. Their companionship helps to ward off depression and loneliness, and having a dog is a great way to make walking a permanent part of your exercise routine.

At Eddy Senior Living, we know how important your pets are to your health and well-being, which is why all of our independent senior living communities are pet-friendly.

Pet Policy for Eddy Senior Living Residents

Eddy Senior Living requires all pet owners to register their pet(s) with the Executive Director of their community, and identify a person to care for the pet in the event of an emergency. We also ask that all pets are licensed in accordance with State and local laws, and require proof of inoculations and vet contact information.

Friendly, well-behaved dogs and cats are welcomed. A pet security deposit is required to cover any pet-related damage or expenses.

All of our pet-friendly senior living communities in Troy, Niskayuna, Queensbury, Slingerlands and East Greenbush have grass areas for walking dogs, and pets are permitted to pass through common areas.
