Residents of The Terrace at Beverwyck benefit from special help and assistance from licensed nursing staff and resident assistants who are on site 24-hours a day.

Pricing:

The Assisted Living options here at The Terrace cost significantly less than a nursing home and there is no entrance fee, just an all-inclusive monthly service fee that’s primarily determined based on the size of the apartment, how much assistance the resident requires and whether the apartment is for an individual or a couple:

  • For a studio apartment, the monthly service fee starts at $5,412
  • For a 1-bedroom apartment, the monthly service fee starts at $6,149

Although Medicare and Medicaid don’t cover assisted living, the Veterans Administration does cover some of the cost for qualifying veterans or their surviving spouses, and some long-term care insurance policies cover part of the cost as well.
