The Eddy Hawthorne Ridge took a trip down memory lane in January with Diner Days. This month we featured “Jukebox Days”.
The menu included scratch-made soups, blue plate specials, sandwiches, desserts and shakes (of course). To complement our diner fare, wait staff & management wore special attire and the residents were encouraged to dress to impress, yes poodle dresses were permitted.
